Poor customer service !!! We went to this café/ restaurant on July 11, 2021 around 8h30 pm. I ordered a verity of sweeties and drinks. I didn’t like some sweeties and asked the waitress politely if I couldn’t a different kind of cake, but he was very rude and refused to change the plate, he said that I’ll have to pay for the other cake. I explained to him that I am a customer and I have the right to eat what I like not what he offered to me. Also, I had to step out for few minutes to make a phone call and my little son wanted a bottle of water and the waitress told him that we need to order another coffee in order to get water. Although the sr ice and the quality was poor, I still tipped the waitress, however, I discovered that I was charged extra $5 when I checked...

first off i would like to start off by saying that this one star is me being generous .Second off , as soon as i got handed my food which was done with a rude attitude by the waitress i could tell that i just wasted my money . The food had a burnt taste on it and overall bland with a hair inside for the finished touch . Next thing that caught my eye was the floor , ummm do y'all know bleach is litteraly 5 dh now ? The silverware had fingerprints all over and you could tell it wasn't properly washed .I came all the way from canada for you guys to have disgusting food . Don't let me get started on the service for it was atrocious to the point where i was questioning am i really taking this disrespect . not a good...

Coup de gueule pour DEMOISELLE CASABLANCA 🤬 nous avons décidé de prendre un café en famille, nous étions 5 personnes avec nos mamans ! Le café était plein mais le serveur nous a affecté après un temps d’attente une table normalement de 5 à 6 personnes ! On s’est installé tranquillo, au moment de la commande, le gérant ou je ne sais pas qui a demandé aux serveurs de nous dire que c’était interdit pour 5 personnes d’être dans une seule table (il nous regardait de loin et leur a demandé qu’on change de table et de nous séparer (chaque 2 personnes dans un coin 😡 ) donc nous avons changé de table à une VIDE à l’extérieur de 6personnes, ET quoi un autre serveur nous dit que le gérant interdit de s’installer là-bas et que la place est réservée subhana lah c’était pas annoncé sur table 🤯 Had le patron n’osait même pas venir nous affronter et il envoyait les serveurs à sa place (li kanou sympa faut le dire)! Mafhtmch ana had lbachar kif dayr 😡 ( ma9ana3nahch ) ola ola ola ola VRAIMENT C’EST ÉNERVANT DE VOIR CE GENRE DE COMPORTEMENT si c’était à cause du covid raah le café était BOUUUM o même des gens 4personnes gualsin f des places de 3personnes , donc c’est quoi la différence ? Dites le aux gens avant de s’installer qu’il est interdit pour plus de 4 personnes 😤 et on respectera biensur vos « mesures sanitaires »

Pour être honnête les serveurs sont très sympas et l’endroit est pas mal pour un café, mais cette personne qui a sifflé son ordre était irrespectueuse ! MAFHMTCH LASH BNADAM 7aguaaaar à ce point 😣😡😡
