3 Stars : A really nice spot tucked up in the inner fold of California. Great seating, spacious, and more than just a place to eat.

However, I ate there, and I must report that the experience suffered from « there was something wrong with every single thing ». Yeah, those are never good.

Nevertheless, the experience and the food balance each other out to make Jnane Emeraude a place still worth a sit-down and a brunch without wagering too much...

Nous sommes arrivés en famille de quatre personnes en début d'après-midi. J'ai demandé si nous pouvions commander à partir du menu du petit-déjeuner mais on nous a dit que nous ne pouvions commander qu'à la carte. La nourriture est arrivée une heure plus tard et ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions commandé. Par exemple, mon omelette ne contenait que de la tomate et deux œufs alors que j'avais demandé une omelette aux légumes et trois œufs. J'ai également demandé un peu de lait chaud à ajouter à mon café au lait et on m'a facturé 10 dhs supplémentaires, ce qui m'a été annulé après inspection de la facture. Avant de régler la facture, j'ai vu un couple arrivé après nous qui avait commandé et reçu du menu du petit-déjeuner. J'ai confronté le serveur à ce sujet et il a menti en disant qu'ils avaient commandé à la carte bien que la table avait un petit jus d'orange, un grand verre de thé à la menthe, des omelettes, du Harsha, etc. Cet endroit est à éviter à tout prix et le rapport qualité prix...
