I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my experience at your Starbucks branch in Zenith (Morocco) on February 14, 2025, at approximately 6:00 PM.
Upon entering the coffee shop, where I am a frequent visitor, I urgently needed to use the bathroom. As I headed directly there, a tall male employee stopped me in an unreasonably rude manner, questioning where I was going. I explained my need to use the bathroom, but he informed me that it was occupied. While I understood that, I mentioned that I could wait nearby since I intended to buy a coffee and wait for my partner.
The employee's tone remained aggressive and unprofessional as he stated that Starbucks is not a public place and that I could not just walk in. He further accused me of disrespecting the establishment by heading directly to the bathroom, which left me bewildered as to what he expected me to do in such a situation.
I managed to stay calm and requested to speak with the manager. While the manager was polite and understanding, the explanation provided—that the employee was fasting and stressed from working since morning—was not a sufficient justification for such behavior. I, too, had been working all day and was seeking a moment of relaxation.
Additionally, there was another employee, a female staff member, present during the entire situation who witnessed the interaction. I was unable to get the names of the employees involved, but I am confident that a simple check of the staff working during that shift will help identify the employee in question. Though the manager apologized and invited me to use the bathroom and take a seat, I was too shaken and frustrated by the incident. I ultimately left and chose another location, vowing not to return to this Starbucks branch.
As someone who is generally calm and has never felt the need to escalate matters to management, this experience was particularly distressing. I hope you will take appropriate measures to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the...

Read moreI visited here three times in the week of 6th March 2023 for some meetings. The place is good, it’s convenient to reach because of the location (and tram is next to it), has indoor and outdoors as well. Everything is ok, it’s just that it gets really crowded in the evening with a lot of young kids joining the tables and being extremely loud. All three days, i experienced the same noise and there seems to be no escape. Parking is a big problem if you’re driving. Coffee is ok as they maintain global standard. Avoid this place if you are here for any business meeting or want to...
