As commented by many other guests, this place has a perfect location, and the food is decent, BUT the service ruins it all! First you wait 20 minutes for them to bring the menu, then you wait 20 minutes to take the order, then the food preparation is 20-30 minutes too, then if you want to add something to your order, you go through that stupid circle again, then the payment.... Very sad. Now I have obviously not measured the exact time, but it all just feels for ever, totally disorganized and chaotic. Just add 1-2 more waiters, and 1-2 more cooks in the kitchen, but looks like the management has other more important stuff to do other than reading visitors' feedback and taking any...

The place is nice, Atmospher and environment are cozy.. staff are friendly and the f&b manager Mr.Saif is so friendly and professional.. he was very helpful and he kept checking on the guests including us (doing the follow up) regarding the satisfaction and the service quality.. we were impressed he could communicate with us multiple languages as french and English..
