Last year I went and I absolutely loved it, this year in 2025 for Ramadan. I also went again and it was amazing, the great service by Youssef and honestly everyone that works there. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. In fact, the dishes were improved in comparison to last year
2024: Went in for iftar/ftour with my wife and 2 kids. The service is excellent. I’ll be comparing this restaurant with Iloli since they’re similar in class and cuisine. Right off the bat, they win in service. Very very attentive service - they treat you as if you’re their only customer, despite having a nearly packed restaurant.
As far as the ambiance goes, it feels very Japanese. They have a mirror which lets you see the sushi that’s being made right in front — very, very very clean kitchen. Was surprised how clean they kept it despite the number of orders coming in at the same time.
As far as the food goes: The ramen was my favorite (you could tell the broth and noodles were homemade) - very deep in flavor. The spinach salad was fantastic aswell. Octopus is well executed — would never guess it’s octopus by the texture given the way they cook it. The beef for my taste was overly heavy in sauce and I’d personally not order it again, but the fish was solid — overall their main courses seemed a bit too heavy on sauce for me personally.
Lastly, the desert: matcha tiramisu is fantastic, they don’t cheap out on the matcha (or the tea - fantastic green tea, which id personally visit the restaurant just for that). The deconstructed cheese cake for me was a total flop - just overly sweet and not original.
Overall, the restaurant in all aspects compare to what you’ll find in Europe/Asia/North America, quite honestly it deserves a lot of attention, and the positive reviews about it have been truthful for me.
Bonus for onsite plentyful parking in front
Comparison with Iloli: Similar in price, but Enso tries harder and they take the win for me. Iloli has the better beef meal as they don’t overdo it with the sauce, Enso has the better service and far better desert, and many other dishes are better. If you’re debating between the two, Enso wins for me on many fronts, and Iloli is also great when you feel a bit snobby and aren’t going to explore the entire menu but...

As for the cuisine, it is an unforgettable sensory journey. Each dish is a revelation—an explosion of delicate yet profound flavors, where finesse meets the richness of high-quality ingredients. Bite after bite, you discover a perfect balance of textures and aromas, all enhanced by impeccable mastery of Japanese culinary techniques.
Without a doubt, this is the closest you’ll get to authentic Japanese cuisine in Morocco. A must-visit for those who appreciate refinement and authenticity. An experience that keeps calling you back,...
