I had the pleasure of dining at Homu, and it was hands down the best meal I’ve had in Morocco! The Asian cuisine here is not only visually stunning but also bursting with flavor. It's the first time I’ve experienced food that’s both beautifully presented and delicious in equal measure. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and full of fresh, authentic tastes. The ambiance at Homu complements the meal perfectly elegant, yet cozy, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere that made the entire dining experience feel special. It's the kind of place where you can relax and fully immerse yourself in the food and the moment. The roast duck was beautifully served and probably the only place in Casablanca where you can find this delicacy done so perfectly. It was tender, flavorful, and the presentation was impeccable. And what I loved even more was that they didn’t leave any meat on the bones…any scraps left were used to make an incredible duck fried rice that tasted absolutely amazing. It was such a thoughtful way to ensure no part of the dish went to waste. Anyways, the dessert was another highlight…absolutely exceptional!! It was the perfect sweet finish to an already incredible meal and really showcased the attention to detail the chef puts into every course. The service was equally impressive. I rarely write reviews because it’s very rare to have an experience like this. My husband and I travel worldwide. We have been to almost every region w the best sushi, including the best Omakases in Japan - and being from NY, amazing sushi is not difficult . HOMU completely blew our minds. My husband and I both agreed this was top one of two places We have ever eaten sushi. Every single piece of nigiri, from the Wagyu, foie gras to scallop to langoustine, and every single thing we ate was a true 10/10. I wish I can given them 20 out of 5 stars. I cannot get over the quality of the fish, equal to the service and ambiance and decor inside this unbelievable restaurant! I did not expect my best sushi experience to land in Morocco but it did and Im so glad! The owner chef Sophie is a true gem, humble as ever and so hospitable…. Sama the waiter and the entire staff were so kind, and perfectly took care of us w such great manners and were so engraciating! If you’re a true sushi lover, Homu is the place to go! Easily one of the best—if not the best—sushi spot in Casablanca. Unlike many other places that overload rolls with cream cheese and fake crab, Homu stays authentic, offering premium-quality fish and perfectly crafted sushi.

One of the very few restaurants in Casablanca where you can find fresh red tuna and a variety of fish beyond just salmon. And if you appreciate the real deal, they even serve authentic wasabi, something almost impossible to find elsewhere.
