As a visiting tourist, I ordered the least expensive wine listed on your menu. However, I was instead served one of the most expensive bottles available. When I raised this issue with both the waiter and the manager, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told that I had ordered the more expensive wine.
I requested to review the security camera footage from the camera clearly pointed at my table, as this would have clarified the situation. I was informed that the cameras were not in use, despite the fact that the indicator lights on the cameras around the venue suggested they were active.
Ultimately, I was forced to pay for an item I did not order. This left me feeling deceived and defrauded. Such practices are not only unethical but also damaging to the reputation of your establishment, especially among international guests.
I kindly request a formal response to this complaint, along with appropriate action to resolve this matter. We had a table reserved for the night to celebrate a birthday, and everything was fine until the show started. That’s when the manager came over and, in the rudest manner possible, asked us to leave. Why? Because, according to him, “we didn’t look like people who would consume alcohol,” and therefore, we were a waste of their time and money. Absolutely appalling. They brought out a tiny cake just for pictures and then took it away, only to serve us tiny, frozen slices that were stuck to the plates.
