Agreed on the overcharging tourists like some other reviews and definitely have suspicions of food recycling. Ended up paying about twice as much as our original order. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of as a tourist.

We had ordered one 1L of the Flag Speciale beer (90 MAD) and one dish. The staff did not speak English then brought over a manager-looking staff that smiled and seemed to understand, so we had pointed to the menu item and signaled one for each order and he confirmed the order. First, we received two 1L beers - thought it was just honest miscommunication and it was hard to get a hold of a waiter so we decided to just drink it. Then, we got our dish, which we didn't realize was the wrong order (twice the price) until the bill came. Also, they kept trying to take the dish when we were clearly not done and still working. Would not be surprised if they reused foods - nothing was even that hot when it first came out. We got the wrong bill at first (more than our actual bill), which honestly at this point I'm not sure if it even was an honest mistake. When we got our real bill, I realized for sure it was the wrong dish, but oh well. We did point it out to the waiter who came to take our payment, and he again brought another waiter who seemed ready to argue. We had already finished our meal, so had no choice but to pay double our original order. Not expensive but what an unpleasant experience. Would go somewhere else.

웨이터가 주문을 못 알아들은척하며 맥주 하나 시킨거 두개주고, 원래 시킨 요리 보다 비싼 요리를 주네요. 계산서 받고 나서야 잘못 나온걸 확인해서 어쩔수 없이 원래 주문보다 거의 2배를 더 냈어요. 매뉴 아이템을 가르키며 시키고 주문 확인까지 했는데. 그리고 다 먹지도 않았는데 계속 가져가려 하는거 보니 음식 재활용 하는게 아닌가 생각이 드네요. 처음에 나왔을때도 튀김이 뜨겁지 않았어요. 계산서도 처음엔 틀린 더 비싼거 주는데 그냥 실수라고 믿기가 좀 힘드네요. 비싸진 않지만...

I've been to this place several times and usually enjoyed the atmosphere. But today was deeply disappointing. There were two security guards at the entrance — one Black gentleman who was polite and respectful, and another Moroccan guard (heavy-set, wearing glasses) who was incredibly rude for no reason.

As I was entering, right after a group of people walked in, this guard stopped me, pushed the door on me, and acted aggressively — despite knowing I’m a returning customer. It felt like I was being singled out unfairly, especially since others were let in without issue. I can't help but see this as discrimination, and it's unacceptable.

It’s a shame to see this kind of behavior at a place that’s supposed to be welcoming. No matter how nice the venue is, mistreatment and poor attitude from staff — especially security — ruin the experience completely. Management seriously needs to address this kind of behavior before it drives loyal...

My experience was quite deceiving. The entrance fee is quite expensive for the service, whose by the way is inexistant. We waited 30 minutes to order after the waiter gave us the menu. Then another 1h30 just to get the food. The ambiance is really not it. There are so many other beach clubs worth the fee. I know that the pool is right next to the beach so waves really hit the pool and the water is very salty but really im not sur its being cleaned daily. The food is really expensive for the taste (its not disgusting but disapointing) and the mistakes on the food orders are so frequent. So you return the food, just to wait another 30 minutes to get it back. And the issue was not just for my party but for the ones next to mine as well.
