Great Music, Terrible Service — Never Coming Back

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Manhattan was so disappointing that I felt I had to. The music was absolutely incredible — easily the only redeeming part of the night. Unfortunately, everything else was a disaster. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Some of the clientele behaved in an aggressive and disrespectful manner — one even grabbed my hair while I was dancing, which made me feel unsafe. The management did not seem to address the situation properly, which added to the negative experience. The staff were unbelievably rude and dismissive. It felt like they couldn’t care less about their guests. We waited far too long for basic service, and when we finally got someone’s attention, they acted like we were a nuisance. The attitude and lack of professionalism completely ruined what could have been an amazing evening.

It’s a shame that such great music is wasted in a place run with such poor service. Until they learn how to treat customers with respect, I wouldn’t recommend...

I had one of the most disappointing experiences last night at this place. I called ahead and made a reservation over the phone, but when I arrived at the door, the bouncer rudely denied that there was any booking under my name. His attitude was arrogant and dismissive, and no manager or responsible staff member was around to handle the situation. I came all the way from Saudi Arabia, and this place was highly recommended by my friends — but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The lack of professionalism and respect shown at the entrance left a very bitter taste. I expected so much more, and I will definitely not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. التعالي ديال العساسة لي فالباب حرام الفقير...

The security on the door with tattoos are very stupid. I was trying to go in on Monday night. Even I saw no people inside. But the guy did not let me in and he said I need reservation to go inside. Come on no people no business. If it was busy and full then you can say this. But when inside have 4/5 person only still need reservation....
