DO NOT go to this McDonald’s branch if you are a tourist and/or don’t speak or understand French. The staff there will drive you nuts and treat you like an outsider. I have been to McDonald’s across the world and this Ain Diab branch was the worst experience out of all. Firstly, nobody here speaks English. Even the senior staff and managers are incapable of understanding and speaking in English, which is unacceptable as they are representing an international chain of restaurant at a tourist spot in Casablanca. Secondly, they didn’t let me collect my order from the counter and insisted I take table service. I went there twice, and they never bought my dessert (McFlurry) when they bought my order to the table. I asked them to bring my dessert as well, but they never returned with the McFlurries, and I had to go to the counter to collect it. Second time, they even got my McFlurry order wrong and gave me normal McFlurry instead of the ‘Bachi’ that I ordered. Out of the 2 McFlurry I ordered, one glass was only half full. When I asked them to correct it, it took me a full 15 minutes to explain to the manager what went wrong, because she couldn’t understand English, or may be she pretended not to. My day was spoilt and I can now confirm I will not be visiting any McDonald’s branches in countries where they don’t speak English. McDonald’s should understand that speaking and being reasonably fluent in an international language like English should be a basic requirement for all their employees. McDonald’s kindly take note, or may be put a board on your stores that if we don’t speak a certain language we...
Read moreThis is McDonald's in Ain Diab near CCC club & beach; and in front of Burger King. Great location, good facility for kids, good ice cream & burgers but service? Terrible service! It used to be our favorite spot (there are a dozen McDonalds in Casablanca) but the last three visits were very disappointing. Every time there was a service blunder. Today, we ordered ice cream and hot chocolate. They gave us a token number and told us that the food will be delivered at the table outside. We enjoyed the beautiful sunshine, pleasant day, not so crowded as it is on weekends. The waitress came, left the tray on the table and removed the Token. Only then we noticed that there were no spoons nor the little packs of almonds that are usually sprinkled on the ice cream. I went inside to complain to the supervisor. He gave me spoons, pack of almonds and a napkin. No 'sorry', no 'excuse us', no apology. We decided that this was our 'last time' at McDonalds. Because of the beach, they get thousands of customers weekly, so they don't really care for service. People bring their kids and spend money anyway....
Read moreI recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this place and I must say it was truly disappointing. The level of dirt and filth in this establishment is simply unacceptable.
Firstly, the toilets are horrific. I cannot even begin to describe the disgusting and unhygienic state they were in. The lack of water and soap was downright shocking. It is basic hygiene protocol to have running water and soap in a restroom, and the fact that this place fails to provide these essentials is beyond comprehension.
Furthermore, the overall odor in the establishment is unbearable. The stench is enough to put anyone off their appetite. It is clear that this place lacks proper cleaning and maintenance, as the foul smell permeates throughout.
Given the unsanitary conditions and lack of basic amenities, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. It is not only a health hazard but also a complete disappointment in terms of customer service and cleanliness. Save yourself the trouble and find a more sanitary and pleasant...
