One of the Worst Dining Experiences I’ve Had We arrived at the restaurant and chose to sit outside to enjoy the sea view. At first, the service seemed okay staff and waitresses were passing by asking if we needed anything. But once we placed our order and decided to eat outside, it was like we became invisible. No one came back to check on us. We waited over an hour and a half just to get the bill. We repeatedly asked different waitresses for sauce multiple times and every single one of them replied, “Yes, I’ll bring it.” Not one of them ever did. Not once. I ordered a medium rare steak, and what I got was a well-done, rubbery mess. Not only was it completely overcooked, but the quality of the meat itself was terrible—tough, dry, and tasteless. An absolute disappointment.
And let’s talk about cleanliness: the restaurant was dirty. The only place that looked clean was the bathroom, which is honestly insane. The windows were dusty and grimy. The floor, both inside and outside, was filthy. There were flies everywhere, to the point where we couldn’t sit comfortably without constantly swatting them away. We weren’t the only ones other customers were clearly annoyed too.
The atmosphere? Just as bad. They were blasting what I assume was supposed to be house music maybe that works at night, but at lunchtime it was jarring, loud, and unpleasant. If you don’t have a decent playlist, it’s better to just let people enjoy the sea and silence.
To top it all off, we had issues with payment. Before we ordered, we made it clear we didn’t have Moroccan currency. We asked if we could pay in Euros or with American Express, and they confidently said: “Yes! You can even pay in Bitcoin.” Guess what? When the time came to pay, the woman at the cashier suddenly refused Euros. After a long negotiation, she finally accepted—but even then, their card machine didn’t accept any foreign cards. Not American Express, not Visa, nothing. How is it even possible for a restaurant serving international customers to not accept foreign cards?
Oh, and one last thing: the staff were fighting with each other in front of customers. Loud, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Additionally, one waitress told me the chef would come speak to me so I could explain the issue. I waited. No one came. Does this place even...
Read moreWhere do I start! We made a reservation under my friend’s name for a table for six, after carefully reading the dress code and the internal rules of the restaurant. I arrived first and gave the reservation name at the entrance. They found it in their system and asked if the other five guests were on their way. I confirmed, as per the reservation, and was allowed to enter and take a table for six.
After waiting for a while, I went outside to check on my friends because my phone was charging with the staff. To my surprise, I found them still outside, unable to enter. When I asked why, they said the staff claimed there was no reservation — or more shockingly, that it was because one of my friends was wearing a hijab!
I asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge, especially since I was already inside, but they refused completely. The four security guards at the door ignored us and treated us as if we didn’t exist. One of them — the tallest — claimed he was the person in charge and that there was no higher authority to speak to.
When I tried to leave, one of the guards refused to open the door for me, and instead told his colleague, “Open for her,” as if I were diseased or contaminated. What kind of behavior is this?
And to our shock, when we returned later, we saw other women wearing hijabs inside the restaurant — as well as children — even though the rules clearly state that only guests aged 21 and over are allowed.
Excuse me, but is this the...
Read moreI had a confirmed reservation at Noah for 8:00 PM, backed by two separate confirmation emails. I arrived exactly on time, only to be told I wasn’t on the list. What followed was one of the most disappointing and humiliating service experiences I’ve encountered.
The receptionist was shockingly rude and dismissive, showing zero interest in helping or even acknowledging the error. Instead of offering a solution or checking again, she made me feel like an inconvenience not a paying guest with proof of reservation. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful.
To make matters worse, the security team at the entrance added to the discomfort, standing by passively and contributing to an environment that felt cold and hostile. There was no courtesy, no basic hospitality just arrogance and a complete lack of accountability.
I left feeling publicly humiliated after doing nothing wrong. I booked properly, showed up on time, and was treated with indifference and attitude.
A restaurant’s reputation isn’t built on design and hype it’s built on how it treats people. And based on this experience, Noah has a long way to go. If this is how they continue to pick and choose who gets treated with respect, they won’t go far.
Trendy atmosphere can only get you so far but hospitality, kindness, and professionalism are what keep people coming back. Unfortunately, none of that was...
