I recently visited Venizia Restaurant Café and had a disappointing experience. The staff lacked friendliness, the croissants were misshapen and seemed frozen, the bread appeared reheated and unappetizing, and the omelette was mostly burned. Moreover, the bread was served too cold.

Additionally, the staff engaged in loud conversations, which greatly disrupted the mood and atmosphere, further diminishing the overall dining experience.

Furthermore, I observed a noticeable degradation in the quality of both the food and services compared to my previous visits.

Very rude waiter upstairs. Very aggressive. Tuesday 14th Feb at 3:10pm. I asked him for avocado with ice. He told me I will get back to you. I said okay. Then waited for a long time. Very bad compared to the other Venezias, they completely forgot that we ordered and left us waiting for half an hour, then when they remembered, they rushed over and got everything wrong. My girlfriend asked for a cooked omelet and got it half cooked, the salad was full of lettuce and it was missing the salmon and chrimp, and the veggies weren't fresh at all.
