CUCINA NAPOLI - OULFA — Restaurant in arrondissement de Hay Hassani مقاطعة الحي الحسني

I live in Hay El Oulfa, just next to Cucina Napoli, and I come here almost every day. The restaurant is great, the food is good, and the waiters are always respectful and kind they truly make the place feel welcoming.

However, during one of my visits I overheard someone called Badr apparently a person in charge speaking to the staff in an extremely rude and humiliating way He used inappropriate and offensive language, which made me and others around very uncomfortable.

It’s upsetting to see such a great team being treated that way, especially in front of customers. People like Badr do not reflect the true spirit of Cucina Napoli.

The pizza’s crust was off, not the same as in the other restaurants (cucina napoli), it was nowhere as good as the one I had in the restaurant in Palmiers, the service was horrible, after almost 20min the server came to our table to say that the order didn’t go through and that he had to take it a second time but reassuring us that it will arrive promptly, another 20min or so goes by half our order is served and the rest took much more time, therefore we had to eat separately when usually you’d want the whole order served at once this way everyone eats at the same time.
