I have visited Le Deli Robuchon at CFC several times and have always appreciated the food and atmosphere. The place is well-decorated and offers a pleasant dining experience. However, I encountered an issue during my recent visit that left me feeling disappointed.

I went there today, intending to enjoy a coffee before heading for Friday prayers, as we planned to eat afterward. Unfortunately, the staff insisted that we could not sit inside and directed us to the terrace, even though it was over 30 degrees outside. This felt quite disrespectful, as they seemed more focused on maximizing profits rather than accommodating customer comfort.

While I understand the need for businesses to optimize seating arrangements, it would be considerate to inform customers of such policies at the entrance. After all, we are still paying customers, even if just for coffee. It’s essential to consider the comfort and preferences of all patrons, including those who may find sitting in the heat unpleasant.

A true 5-star experience at Robuchon everything is just amazing from the moment you walk in you feel the elegance and warmth the pastries are out of this world especially the pistachio Swiss one it’s my absolute favorite so soft and rich in flavor the bread is always fresh and tasty and every bite feels like a treat the service is excellent very professional and friendly with no delays and the manager is incredibly kind and welcoming which makes the whole experience even more special the entire team is just great and you can tell they really care about their guests I especially love sitting on the terrace with a nice cup of coffee enjoying the calm atmosphere and the little details that make Robuchon stand out it’s not just a place to eat it’s a place to enjoy and come back to again...

Lors de mon récent passage au nouveau Anfa, j'ai eu le plaisir de déjeuner dans un charmant restaurant qui offrait une véritable expérience culinaire à la française en plein cœur du Maroc. Dès que j'ai franchi le seuil de ce lieu à l'ambiance chaleureuse, j'ai su que j'allais vivre un moment délicieux.

La spécialité du restaurant en cuisine française m'a intrigué, et après avoir longuement hésité, j'ai opté pour les traditionnels Fish and Chips. Le plat était tout simplement exceptionnel ! Le poisson était tendre, fondant et parfaitement frit, avec une texture dorée à souhait, tandis que les frites étaient délicieusement assaisonnées et incroyablement croustillantes. La sauce qui accompagnait le poisson était une sauce tartare à la mangue et à la coriandre. Les saveurs m'ont transporté directement dans les rues de Paris, faisant de cette expérience un véritable retour aux sources.

Mais le point d'orgue de mon déjeuner a été sans aucun doute le dessert. Un excellent dessert peut sublimer n'importe quel repas, et celui-ci a dépassé toutes mes attentes. La propriétaire m'a recommandé le dessert signature, et je n'ai pas été déçu. Il s’agissait d’une crème brûlée à la pistache. C'était un chef-d'œuvre de saveurs et de textures, me laissant émerveillé devant un tel savoir-faire culinaire. La douceur était parfaitement équilibrée, et chaque bouchée semblait me transporter dans un monde d'indulgence et de pur bonheur.

Le service a été impeccable tout au long du repas. Le personnel était attentionné, amical et compétent concernant le menu, ce qui a donné lieu à d'excellentes recommandations qui ont amélioré mon expérience culinaire dans son ensemble.

En ce qui concerne l'ambiance, le restaurant dégageait une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante, combinant élégance française et charme marocain. Le décor de bon goût et l'éclairage doux ont créé un cadre intime parfait pour une soirée détendue.

En conclusion, mon expérience dans a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Du caviar d’aubergine accompagné de pains chauds, au délectable Fish and Chips, en passant par un dessert inoubliable, chaque aspect de ma visite était tout simplement exquis.
