This cafe is very aesthetically pleasing however the food let it down. We ordered two pastries (pistachio dessert & Snickers desert) a Pina Colada Mocktail, Grilled cheese sandwich and a cappuccino. The food looks great but the taste/texture weren't there.

The pistachio dessert had a raspberry gel in it and the flavour did not pair well together. It was extremely tart and I barely tasted the pistachio. The Snickers dessert was very heavy chocolate ganache and a dense sponge at the bottom, with very little nuts and zero caramel. It wasn't a Snickers cake so I would name it something else so customers don't feel disappointed.

The cheese toasty tasted good but it wasn't fully toasted and was a bit underwhelming.

The Pina coloda didn't have any coconut in it. The waiter did mention something but we didn't understand until the drink arrived. It was very tart and bitter due to them using a lot of unsweetened pineapple juice.

The look of place and the look of the desserts 100% makes up for the average food. If the food lived up to expectations then I would have...

Lovely cafe with very helpful and kind staff! My husband and I have been here twice during our time in Morocco. Each time there has been preparation for a small private event in a suite inside the cafe. The cafe itself has charming decor, very nice bathrooms, and is very clean. The outdoor seating area is nice, with a few options for shaded seating. It's right next to park rmilat and parking on site. I want to thank the staff especially for being understanding and accommodating--my husband is working remotely and we asked to lower the music and they kindly obliged! Tbh I was embarrassed to ask them to but they were very gracious. Wifi is great...

Café le Mirage is good enough for a drink after a walk nearby the Perdicaris park (Rmilat parcue). But the menu is not up to date anymore, so they didn't have much. The employee was a bit negative about the drinks we wanted to order, that was a bit arrogant in my opinion. We also had dinner. I would recommend the ceasar wrap. The rest of the food is average. PS) I think that the comments of the owner on some (previous) reviews are very unprofessional. It shows that there is no such thing as learning from feedback of your customers. And there is no respect or high hospitality. Too bad. Khosara!

One of the best cafe's I have visited in Tanger. My wife got the shakshuka and the flavor and quality of it was really good. I tried the croissant sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it. Coffee had a good taste. But the best part was the pastry, we had a raspberry gateau and it was absolutely stunning. Perfectly light and airy with the perfect balance of sweet with hits of acidity from the raspberries. I would highly recommend the pastries at Le Mirage, best in Tangier in my opinion!
