I recently had the pleasure of dining in at Food88, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. I ordered a hamburger, and it was absolutely amazing—juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The bun was soft and fresh, the toppings were crisp and perfectly balanced, and the seasoning on the meat brought everything together beautifully. It was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time.

Après avoir testé Food 88 de Burger, le service était excellent, le serveur était sympathique et attentionné, ce qui a contribué à une bonne ambiance générale. Le restaurant, bien que petit, est joliment conçu avec un aménagement agréable.

Côté plats, c’est un peu plus mitigé. Les burgers n’ont pas vraiment été à la hauteur de mes attentes : le pain n'était pas très frais, ce qui a impacté l’expérience. Cependant, le burger guacamole avait un goût correct, bien équilibré avec une touche agréable d’avocat. En revanche, la salade avocat et fruits de mer méritait une note de 6/10, car elle manquait peut-être un peu de saveurs ou de fraîcheur.

Quant aux entrées, elles étaient globalement réussies. Les mozzarella sticks étaient bien préparés et croustillants, un vrai délice. Le camembert croquant, pour sa part, était vraiment excellent et a été le meilleur moment du repas.
