I was tricked into buying a sausage sandwich with four small sausages for 40 dhs. Here is my story: I came in, sat down to order quarter grilled chicken that I regularly buy. The waiter told me that there is just chicken breast. I looked at the menu, found that a sausage sandwich costs 30 MAD. I asked the waiter to bring me the sandwich but he asked me whether I wanted it with or without french fries. I told him to bring it with fries. Then in 10 seconds or less I realised that the price for the fries alone was 10 MAD, which would have costed me 40 for a simple sausage sandwich. So I rushed down to the waiter to ask if the initial 30 MAD included the the fries. His answer was negative. I asked if we could replace the order, again his answer was negative. He tried to solve the problem by calling the manager. The manager explained to me that when an order is placed, it is executed immediately. He took me to the grills and showed me that my sausages were already being cooked. There were indeed many sausages there, four per each two sticks. I told them that it’s fine and that they should bring me the sandwich alone, but they brought me the sandwich with fries still... My understanding is that this is a company policy to speed up order fulfilment. But the menu and the way how the waiter should treat the item in question should...

It's probably the best place to eat roasted chicken in Salé.

However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I rarely feel welcomed by the staff and waiters. Aside from some exceptions, they usually look angry, and I saw them get in heated argument with customers multiple times. There is also an expectation for huge tips even if it's not required here in Morocco.

My usual plan is to grab a take home and get out asap.

Habe hier ( 736 Av. Abdelkrim Al Khattabi, Salé, Marokko) gegessen. Wir wurden von einem Kellner mit dunklen Haaren empfangen. Es gab wenig Interaktion zwischen dem Kellner und uns. Unser Essen (gemischt Grill 2mal, Brot mit Hähnchen)war schlecht,sehr kalt, wenig Geschmack und wir haben eine Stunde darauf gewartet , das schlimmste Problem , das gegrillt Fleisch war nicht frisch und stinkt, der Hähnchen im Brot war trocken und nicht heutig gekocht. Normalerweise haben wir uns beim Manager(er hat Berberich Akzent,kleine Augen, keine bart, Größe medium,normales haut)hat auch sehr schlecht und frech reagiert?! wird uns gesagt, dass dies nicht der Fall ist und das gesamte Fleisch ist frisch, sie sollen es essen oder stehen lassen wie sie wollen und dann bezahlen. Wir sind Kunden und keine Schweine. Leider um 2 Uhr morgen haben wir uns eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen. Wir haben Bauchschmerzen und müssen uns im Bett stark übergeben, was uns große Sorgen bereitete.

Wir haben für dieses Erlebnis insgesamt 500DHS bezahlt. Nächste Tagen haben eine sogenannte call service coq Magic Mehr Mals angerufen leider niemand geht dran......... Die Gesundheit den Bürgern (besonders die Touristen) ist sehr wichtig aber bei euch sie geben ein sehr schlechtes Bild und sie interessieren sich nur um das Geld, in der Hoffnung dass die marokkanische Ernährungskontrolle et Gesundheitssystem sich weiter bemühen um sowas schnell wie möglich zu bekämpfen...
