Buddha-Bar Beach Mazagan — Restaurant in caïdat de Haouzia

I recently visited the Buddha Bar on July 14, 2023, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I entered, it became apparent that the lighting was utterly disastrous, both at the entrance and inside the venue. This lack of adequate lighting persisted throughout my visit, making it incredibly difficult to fully appreciate and enjoy the dance performances presented by the talented dancers. It felt as though I was sitting in the midst of darkness, unable to fully immerse myself in the ambiance of the place.

Another letdown was the DJ, who failed to meet the expected level of performance. The music lacked energy and failed to create the lively atmosphere that one would hope for in such a renowned establishment. It was disappointing to witness a lackluster performance that didn't live up to the reputation of Buddha Bar.

Furthermore, the absence of lighting or even candles on the table was a complete letdown. It was astonishing to find myself sitting in near darkness, struggling to read the menu and appreciate the presentation of the food that was served. This lack of attention to detail and basic amenities detracted significantly from the overall experience.

Considering the aforementioned factors, I find it difficult to rate my visit to the Buddha Bar positively. I would give it no more than one star, or perhaps even less. The lack of appropriate lighting, the subpar DJ performance, and the absence of table lighting or candles all contributed to a disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future patrons.

Overall, I cannot recommend the Buddha Bar based on my recent visit. It is my hope that the issues mentioned are addressed promptly, allowing the establishment to regain its former charm and provide a truly memorable experience...

I cannot say the prices are outrageous as I was invited by a very respected and well known family whom I have to thank while writing my review. Mazagan beach resort targets a particular population and this is systematically well studied. A complet different know-how based on a deep understanding of some aspects of Moroccan historical cultural heritage woven with some unique aspects of modernity. I believe in "Be a lion and devour me" as this phrase has become a saying in our society. In terms of beauty and quality, the limit is exceeded. This is something far beyond comfort; it is actually cosiness. In fact, Mazaguan deserves, among other beach resorts and cultural sites, to elevate Morocco's world position even higher among other similar nations like Brazil where I was just before the lockdown. A very nice place to take friends and family and eat some delicious food or drink cold and refreshing juices. In general, the place is wonderful and I recommend visiting it, but I want to give a simple piece of advice to the restaurant, which is to add a simple touch to create an exceptional atmosphere in the restaurant that is not found anywhere else, such as placing some strange sea trees or antiques that have a different architectural shape and even colors, as they make a person feel that he is in Commercial place.
