I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience at ( Vintage Casablanca ).

During my visit, I noticed several issues that significantly affected the overall dining experience. Firstly, I was surprised to see children present in the bar area. While I understand that families enjoy dining out together, the atmosphere of a bar is typically more suited for adults. The presence of children altered the ambiance and affected the enjoyment of other patrons looking for a relaxed bar experience.

Additionally, the service provided by the waitstaff was disappointing. I found that the wait time for both our check-in and food / Drink orders was excessively long. We waited for an extended period which disrupted our evening plans.

Furthermore, when the food finally arrived, it was not at the appropriate temperature, which raised concerns about food safety and quality. Hot meals should be served hot, and this oversight diminished the overall enjoyment of our meals.

Lastly, I observed staff exhibited a stressful energy and less-than-friendly attitude during our visit. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and did not align with the welcoming environment one would expect at an establishment of your reputation.

I came to watch a soccer game but my experience was not good from the start. I tried to order a beer but was told that I have to also order food at the same time. I explained to the waiter that I am not hungry at the moment but will order food after a couple of drinks. He said I can't since those are the owner's directions. He sent another waitress that told me the same thing. So I asked the waitress to pick something for me as I was trying to get a beer and watch the game. My plan was to have a few drinks, wait till half time, build an appetite then order a nice meal. Very disappointed that a place like this has no flexibility with their customers.
