J’ai déjeuné chez Vinizia Ice à Taghazout Bay et l’expérience a été globalement très positive. Le cadre est plaisant, en bord de mer, avec une ambiance décontractée, idéale pour une pause gourmande en journée.

Le hamburger était excellent : bien présenté, avec une viande goûteuse, un pain de qualité, et des ingrédients frais. On sent une vraie attention portée à la qualité du produit. Mention spéciale pour la cuisson maîtrisée et l’équilibre des saveurs.

En revanche, les frites n’étaient pas à la hauteur du burger : des frites industrielles, probablement surgelées, qui manquent de croustillant et de caractère. Dommage, car cela gâche un peu l’ensemble. Une frite maison, même simple, ferait vraiment la différence.
