The property is located in the famous Tizi n’Test pass, making it a perfect stay if you also want to hike to the top of the mountain. Besides that, Mustapha is a welcoming owner who opens his heart to you. Having dinner there was such a joy after hours of driving.

Due to the road being closed we fortunately got to stop by the auberge for lunch - absolutely delicious omelette, tea, fresh orange juice, olives and bread. A charming spot with a breath-taking view. A must-see: the pot for boiling water above the fire place!

Lovely meal, made all-the-better by the view! Good value given it’s location, extremely accommodating host & felt very welcome. Portion sizes were good & the food was excellent. Would recommend to anyone heading over the pass in either direction!

We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Mustapha at this remote establishment. He is justifiably proud of the special experience he has created here. The food was really delicious. Mustapha also showed us the rooms his family have created. They are not, at the time of writing, advertised on the international booking sites but they looked really nice and dare we say better quality than the hotel we stayed in just down the road. The stay in the mountains with Mustapha was wonderful. The journey there included many great views. Moustapha is an excellent cook and the food was plenty. The rooms were cosy and the price was very fair. We felt very at home and would definitely recommend a stay...

Amazing place to enjoy some food and spend a night. Beautiful views and lots of outdoor space for the kids to explore.
