Luigi Darbouazza — Restaurant in Dar Bouazza

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I’ve been a loyal customer of the Luigi chain for years, but this last lunch visit was extremely disappointing.

The first time I went (during Eid) the waiting time was already very long. I decided to give it another chance, but this time was even worse. After getting our salad, we had to wait around 45 minutes to 1 hour before the main dishes arrived while people who came after us were served before us.

When the food finally arrived, my salmon tagliatelle was tasteless, with barely any salmon and definitely not fresh. I let it slide at first, but just two hours after lunch, both me and my companion had severe stomach issues

I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant! I went with my whole family of 12 people to have, what we thought would be, a good night. It turned out to be the worse restaurant we’ve ever been to. Firstly, the food was awful. The pasta was dry, the fish was burned and the entrees had no taste. Secondly, the service was horrible. We had to wait 1 hour for 2 bottles of water and most importantly half of my family did not get their food until we were done eating. We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited for more than an hour just to place our order, and when they finally brought something to the table, it was just cold bread with butter. After that, we had to wait even longer to actually order our meal. The service was incredibly slow, and the waitstaff did not seem attentive or responsive to customers.
