This place is a joke! Ordered a pizza and chips for the kids and asked that to be delivered before anything else, then ordered rest of the meal. The tagine arrived promptly (cannot describe how bad it was, oily and burnt and hardly any flavour). The pizza and chips still did not arrive and when I asked the waiter all he kept saying is 2 minutes. After another 20 minute wait and after we finished the tagine pizza still did not arrive. After that I confronted the waiter again and he kept blaming the pizza chef and the pizza finally arrived after 1 hour, the chips were lost in limbo. Utter appalling service. When I asked to speak to the manager they kept passing me around. This has ruined our family meal. Also not to mention we had to get our own cutlery and napkins even though the waiters so whatbwe are doing. I will not be coming here again, especially when we were recommended this place. The table behind us came 1 he after us and got served before us but waiter was adamant they came after and argued with us over it. We were served by the old man. Sodivias est un restaurant qui a du potentiel, mais qui ne répond pas toujours aux attentes. Voici ce qui m’a plu et ce qui pourrait être amélioré.
👍 Points positifs
Le cadre est spacieux, le restaurant est grand et relativement confortable.
Le principe de pouvoir choisir la viande à la boucherie et la faire griller est apprécié.
Le pain « tafarnout » est souvent chaud et croustillant, ce qui le rend très agréable.
Le personnel est, dans certains avis, qualifié d’aimable et de relativement attentif, surtout quand le restaurant n’est pas trop rempli.
👎 Points à améliorer
Qualité de la viande : plusieurs clients trouvent que la viande est parfois mauvaise ou faible qualité, parfois pas assez cuite, dure, filandreuse, ou trop épicée au point de masquer le goût naturel.
Service : des critiques reviennent souvent au sujet du service lent, confus ou peu professionnel — retards dans la livraison des plats, oublis, parfois manque de motivation ou d’attention.
Propreté / hygiène : certaines tables sont décrites comme collantes, la vaisselle ou les ustensiles parfois peu propres, ce qui nuit à l’expérience globale.
