We were cold and asked them to make a stove and they said the stoves were for decoration purposes. A low-quality business trying to appear high-quality. I hope the owner sees this message and gets her staff in order. The drinks arrived close to the end of the meal. I have a business with 1000 people in the marina and my staff is always very respectful and polite to the customers. Remember, there would be no businesses without customers.✅

I really enjoy our dinner at this restaurant. The employee was very nice and funny. It is big, you have a closed and an open space. The list has a lot of options and everything was great. We hate the mixed of grilled fish and it was awesome. I really advise to visit and enjoy the view for the sea.

Une fidélité clairement non reconnue

Je suis une cliente fidèle de ce restaurant, mais ce que j’ai vécu lors de ma dernière visite hier soir m’a profondément déçue, au point de remettre sérieusement en question ma volonté d’y retourner.

Je souhaitais m’installer à une table libre dans une zone où je m’assois à chaque visite. Le serveur m’en a empêchée, en m’expliquant que cette zone était désormais accessible uniquement sur réservation. Pourtant, il était déjà plus de 22h, et le restaurant ferme habituellement vers minuit en cas d’affluence selon la saison. Plusieurs tables y étaient encore libres, et rien ne justifiait cette rigidité.

J’ai même proposé de faire une réservation sur place, s’il le fallait : cela a été refusé sous prétexte que la réservation devait être faite au moins un jour à l’avance, alors qu’aucune préparation spéciale n’est requise pour cette zone. Le serveur, visiblement embarrassé, nous a proposé d’attendre pendant qu’il consultait la gérante. Pendant ce temps, ma mère, âgée et ayant des difficultés à marcher, restait debout.

À son retour, le serveur a confirmé que la gérante refusait que nous nous y installions. Pire encore, elle n’a même pas daigné venir nous parler. Nous avons donc été contraintes d’aller la voir nous-mêmes pour comprendre ce qui se passait. Elle était assise, froide, sans aucun mot de bienvenue ni courtoisie, nous laissant, deux femmes — dont une âgée — debout face à son indifférence.

Je lui ai expliqué calmement que cette zone me convenait mieux pour des raisons personnelles (notamment le bruit), que je m’y installe à chaque fois, que j’y étais encore cette semaine, et qu’elle-même était présente ce jour-là. Elle a tout nié, affirmant que cela était "impossible en sa présence", alors qu’elle nous avait même proposé un dessert à emporter ce jour-là. Franchement, si cette zone est toujours censée être fermée, à quoi sert-elle réellement ?

Devant mes remarques, les excuses ont commencé à se multiplier : d’abord la fameuse réservation, ensuite un soi-disant “traitement des plantes” dans une zone pourtant inaccessible, puis enfin l’argument que “le serveur ne sait pas tout” et que “le restaurant n’a pas à tout expliquer à ses clients”. Une suite d’incohérences qui témoignent d’un profond manque de transparence.

Et le pire, c’est cette question qu’elle m’a lancée avec arrogance : “Mais pourquoi vous êtes venues aujourd’hui ? Pour la bouffe ou pour la place ?” Une phrase choquante, irrespectueuse et totalement déplacée. Comme si je demandais un privilège ou un repas gratuit. Un restaurant, ce n’est pas seulement ce qu’il y a dans l’assiette : c’est aussi un cadre, un service, un personnel accueillant, et une considération pour les clients. Elle ferait bien de retourner suivre une formation de base en relation client : la première règle, c’est que le client est roi, tant qu’il respecte les règles. Et dans mon cas, je n’ai rien demandé d’extraordinaire ni de déplacé !

Je peux comprendre que le serveur n’ait fait que suivre les consignes. Mais pour la gérante, aucune excuse ne peut justifier une telle attitude. Son ton hautain, son mépris, son manque total d’écoute m’ont fait comprendre une chose : nous n’étions pas les bienvenues. Et pourtant, j’avais clairement exprimé que ma demande était importante pour moi, en toute courtoisie.

Si leur seul argument est la nourriture, sachez qu’on peut très bien se faire livrer ou emporter. Mais moi, je choisis un restaurant aussi pour la qualité du service, la gentillesse du personnel et le cadre agréable. Ce soir-là, ce n’était pas une simple déception : c’était une méchanceté gratuite, de la part d’une personne censée représenter l’établissement.

I recently dined at Grillidaire and had an exceptional experience. The ambiance was inviting, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch.
