🍽️🌟🇲🇦🍰 We can’t express how grateful we are for the hospitality and service we experienced at this hidden gem in Fes. As foreigners, the city and culture were a bit of a shock at first, but the staff here made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease.

We stayed at nearby accommodations, and found ourselves returning here again and again for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Normally, when a restaurant has a large menu, it can be a red flag for food quality. But in this case, everything we tried on the menu was consistently delicious. My personal favorite dinner dish was the chicken risotto, and we highly recommend their brunch special, which includes cold cuts, pastries, pancakes, coffee, juice for two. It’s generous, well-priced, and perfect for starting the day right.

Their prices are also the most reasonable we’ve come across in Morocco, and the service was truly exceptional. We regularly tipped between 30 to 50 percent because the staff went above and beyond every time. Special compliments to the chef, whom we had the pleasure of meeting when we praised their amazing homemade yogurt.

Je suis une cliente régulière de ce café depuis des mois, toujours à prendre mon café à emporter en laissant un pourboire à chaque fois. Le personnel a toujours été accueillant et je n’ai jamais eu de problème jusqu’à hier.

J'ai été déçue de ne pas recevoir le café que je prends habituellement, donc j'ai gentiment demandé qu'on me le change. Le personnel a accepté sans souci et a commencé à préparer un nouveau café. Cependant, une personne qui semblait être un superviseur (je ne l’ai vu que récemment) m’a abordée de manière arrogante, m’accusant de profiter de la situation. Il m’a dit que je reviendrais probablement plus tard avec quelqu’un d’autre pour réclamer un autre café, ce qui était complètement irrespectueux et infondé.

Personne d’autre n’a eu de problème, sauf lui. Je suis une cliente fidèle, et le personnel sait exactement comment je prends mon café. Au lieu d’assumer l’erreur, il s’est montré hautain et impoli. C’est frustrant de voir des gens penser qu’être superviseur se résume à un titre, alors qu’il s’agit avant tout de savoir comment traiter les clients avec respect....
