I’m rating them 1 star because unfortunately I can’t give 0. It’s just the worst service one can have, very impolite staff, very low quality food, lack of hygiene, and lack of (good) management if there was any. I’m also writing this comment because it’s not the first time that I - and other people (some of whom are acquaintances) - would experience this dissatisfaction, and I myself have recurrently tried to politely convey that the restaurant needs improvements on many levels, but the latter doesn’t seem to be willing to do so. Therefore, you’d better look for some other place where you can have a good experience and where the Fassi ethics...

The restaurant is well-known for its delicious fried fish and a variety of seafood dishes, including the famous fish pastilla. The food is generally very good and worth trying if you enjoy fried fish. However, the service could use some improvement, when the place is full (which is often), the wait time for your order can be quite long. Also, communication with the staff isn’t always smooth, though not all waiters have this issue. Mir wurde dieses Restaurant empfohlen das Essen war nicht schlecht aber auch nicht mega gut der Service war katastrophal das Ambiente war katastrophal ich habe mich so gefühlt als würde ich in der JVA mein Essen genießen richtig laut und Respekt es gab ein paar im Service die ein super smile 😁 hacken deswegen wollte ich nicht unbedingt raus doch wo ein Service Mitarbeiter nachdem ich nach einem Glas gefragt habe meinen Vater unverschämt geantwortet hat ich bin nicht zuständig für dich und hat und sofort den Rücken zugedreht wir haben das Essen liegen lassen wir haben es voll bezahlt aber ich werde dieses Restaurant niemanden in meinem Leben weiterempfehlen ist mir egal ob der Restaurant owner schuld ist oder nicht es ist seine Aufgabe dass das Ambiente in seinem Restaurant super läuft dass das Service 100 % laufen muss dass die Menschen zufrieden rein und zufrieden rausgehen.

Leider leider leider leider leider leider gebe ich 100% negativ Feedback für den Service allerdings nicht alle die die gute Leistung geben die sollten sich hier nicht angesprochen fühlen nur die die wissen dass die das nicht würdig sind im Service diesen Job zu machen.
