Je suis une cliente régulière de votre établissement,et j'ai toujours apprécié votre cuisine.Cependant,lors de ma dernière visite, mon expérience a été très décevante.

Le plat que j'ai commandé, à savoir les pâtes arrabiata, était loin de répondre à mes attentes habituelles. J'ai même dû les changer, mais j'ai trouvé le même problème : le goût du pasticcio de poulet était également très décevant. La présentation était médiocre, la qualité des ingrédients était en deçà de ce à quoi je m'attendais. Cela contraste fortement avec les expériences agréables que j'ai eues par le passé dans votre restaurant.
