I would like to share my disappointing experience with your organization, in the hope that something will be learned from it. Unfortunately, our experience showed that your company is primarily focused on money and quantity, rather than on quality or customer satisfaction.
📅 Reservations & Communication
Sunday 06/07: Reservation made for Monday 07/07 ➤ Confirmation received for this date.
During the reservation, we asked if we could come with our own car. ➤ A promotional offer was proposed: 100 MAD discount if a chauffeur picked us up.
Monday 07/07: Reservation was cancelled via WhatsApp due to "exceptional circumstances" ➤ Understandable – such things can happen.
Rebooked for Tuesday 08/07 at 20:00 ➤ Confirmation received again.
🚗 Transport Issues
08/07 – 20:00: We were present at the agreed location on time. ➤ We received confirmation that the chauffeur was on the way.
After 45 minutes of waiting, we contacted the company ourselves. ➤ At 20:52, the driver called and suggested we meet at Marjane – Rue de Casa.
Due to the long wait, we decided to drive ourselves with the family.
21:30: We met the driver at Marjane.
21:46: Arrival at Chez Ali.
🍽️ Issues Upon Arrival & Dinner
Upon arrival, the wrong menus were served: ➤ Ordered: 2x chicken menu, 2x mechoui menu ➤ Received: something else entirely.
We were accompanied by two children under 4 years old ➤ Yet an attempt was made to charge one of them as an adult. ➤ After clearly explaining the rules stated on your own website, this was finally corrected.
🎭 Show & Customer Service
Due to the delay, we only arrived at 21:46, when the show had already started. ➤ We missed more than half the show.
The management showed no understanding or effort to find a solution.
The so-called manager “Aziz” even tried to charge us more by including the children in the adult count on the bill.
💸 Cost vs. Experience
We paid 4 x 450 MAD = 1800 MAD
And in return, we got:
45 minutes of waiting for transportation
Incorrect menus
Only 2 hours on-site
Missed more than half of the show
Attempt to overcharge for the children
Uninterested and unfriendly management
✅ Positive Note
We would like to sincerely thank the regular staff in the dining area and the animation team, who clearly tried their best to still make something of the evening. ➤ We appreciate their efforts.

📢 Conclusion
The evening was far from what we expected. The organization failed in communication, service, and customer care. We feel misled and find the service provided absolutely not worth the price.
❗️Lost time due to long waiting and poor planning
❗️Wasted money for an experience that did not meet expectations
❗️Missed half of the show, which was the main attraction
❗️Incorrect food served, not what was ordered
❗️Attempted overcharging, especially for children
❗️No compensation or apology offered
❗️Stress and frustration instead of enjoyment
❗️Disappointment for the entire family, especially the children
Forewarned is forearmed.

Read moreThe food was very mediocre, not memorable at all. However the main dish (mechoui and couscous with vegetables) was served in enormous quantities. The tajine seemed more modest in that regard. Both menus promise you, among other things, fruit and free tea, but we never saw any of it. The big dessert we did get, a pastilla for the whole table, seemed just scraped together and quite poorly done. As for the Moroccan pastries that are supposed to accompany the tea you theoretically get, they were some random generic biscuits which may as well have come for any biscuit box in any supermarket. The service was nothing special either, and at one point they were practically demanding tips. The entertainment part of the evening I also found quite unimpressive. Lots of things are listed in the description, not much of it actually happens. During dinner two groups of singers and musicians walk from table to table, practically force you to get up and awkwardly try to sway for 10 seconds in their rhythm, and then they not at all discreetly and quite persistently ask for tips. The rest of the theoretical entertainers during dinner stay outside of the tent, so I'm not sure how we were supposed to manage to see it all while the waiters were rushing us through the courses and charging extortionate sums for drinks (no menu was in sight so we had no choice but to pay the price they told us). The final show was not too bad, but quite short. Its main selling points are apparently the gun-shooting horsemen, and it also includes a few horse-riding stunts and like 5 minutes of belly dancing. As the line goes - not great, not terrible. All in all, if it's your first time in the country, it may be a good initiation if you make sure you don't come with big expectations. Otherwise, and especially if you already have some experience with the local culture, I would say it's better to spend your money on...
Read morePlease don’t come here and make the same mistake we did (I have never written a negative review before) … This whole experience has left us feeling stumped. We are completly confused as to what we paid for. I am a kindergarten teacher and I swear my students put on a better Christmas play. We opted for the option with no dinner. We were collected at around 8 o clock and driven to our destination. There you see a lovely venue. We weren’t told anything so we just started to walk around like everybody else. We were later informed (after searching for someone to help us) that the show would start at 10.30. It was currently before 9 o clock. We killed time for the next hour and a half excited for the show to start. The show lasted less than 30 minutes (the drive there was longer). We expected it to last around an hour considering the website says the whole experience lasts approximately 4 hours. The show consisted of men on horses, gun shots, a girl dancing and a crowd of people walking from one side of the stage to the other with sheep. There was no magic carpet, no bellies to be seen nevermind belly dancers and absolutely nothing exciting except a potential burst eardrum from the gun shots. I have never been so dissappointed with something and it was very expensive to begin with. Completly not worth the price. I wouldn’t even do it if it was free to be honest as it was a waste of time. I honeslty don’t know how people are giving this good reviews. Maybe we went on a bad night??? I wish I could get my money and time back. €70 for two people cost us more then the whole day trip to the Ouzard...
