Villano — Restaurant in Oujda

We visited on a nice Sunday evening, with 4 people, the outside terrace was full of people so business is good. We chose a table on the first floor inside. despite the abundance of customers, there was only 1 waiter. The waiter was friendly and helpful, but over demanded. It took the best part of an hour to get our table attended, our orders taken, then we were served fast an correctly. Only minus point about the food the sweet pancake was served cold, I don't know if that was intended or because it had been waiting too long. As said the waiter was doing all he could. For an establishment that wants to present an image of high standing, there are a few things that do have a negative impact on that image, 1- the first floor toilets were not tidy, the toilet seat was broken and the light switches off every 15 seconds. 2- one if the TV sets has partly come loose. Food is just bland, flavorless, flat, insipid, weak, dull, and depressing.. I have tried both the villano tacos as well as the chicken sandwich, and both are a disgusting. I wish there will be some food quality checks in the near future, and i also hope that the owner or/and the head chef aren’t in denial when it comes to the food they’re serving. Last but not least, i really am disappointed but i sincerely wish them a huge...

Bons choix de jus, mais il faudrait franchement revoir les prix pour certains... Payer la double consommation pour les anniversaires sachant que les jus sont déjà très chers, je trouve ça exagéré, alors que l'etablissement ne fait rien du tout pour nous, tout est à notre charge, c'est nous qui apportons la tarte, les bougies pourquoi donc devrait-on payer doublement ?... on ne fait même pas de bruit, limite on dirait un simple repas normal, mais on se trouve à payer une facture astronomique... Chawarma à déconseiller fortement ( j'ai dû voir un docteur suite à des maux de ventre horribles, vomissements et des tâches apparus sur mon corps à cause de la viande pas du tout bonne ) petits déjeuners de moin en moin généreux... les oeufs au plat sont cuits jusqu'à ce que je jaune durcisse alors que je l'aime bien fondant ! La dernière fois le jaune de mon oeuf au plat était complètement éclaté et dur, j'ai été fortement déçue. Le service est parcontre rapide, pas trop d'attente. possibilité de regarder les événements sportifs. Serveurs gentils et à l'écoute 👌 ( et c'est ce qui me pousse à revenir à chaque fois ), un jour j'ai oublié mon téléphone sur la table, un serveur a couru pour me le rendre, leur accueil est également très aimable, sourire,...
