Baiana Lounge — Restaurant in Souissi السويسي

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I came all the way from abroad specifically to visit it, but unfortunately, the evening turned out to be the complete opposite of what I expected.

I tried several times to make a reservation on the same day, but no one ever answered the phone, and even the voicemail box was full. So, I decided to go there without a reservation, hoping they could still accommodate me.

At the reception, the gentleman asked me to wait at the counter until a table became available, and I agreed. However, I noticed that several tables were visibly empty. I informed one of the staff members that I have a health condition and couldn’t remain seated at the counter for long; she told me she would check, then completely ignored me for nearly two hours.

What shocked me the most was seeing other guests arrive after me without a reservation 🥶 and still be seated immediately. This shows a real lack of professionalism and proper management. As a restaurant manager myself abroad, I know how important customer care and respect are and sadly, that was not the case here.

I truly hope you take this feedback seriously, because we’ve grown used to the standard “we’re sorry” replies. You should never play with people’s health or disregard your...

I was very shocked from the experience, since i heard a lot of things about this place, but unfortunately the service was so bad, we made a reservation for 4 people for dinner, and they gave us a table for 2 people, the first greeting was not good, the girl who took us to the table didn’t smile or talked in a nice way, we got into our table, even tho we weren’t satisfied with the table, the server was rude, took our order ( no smiling ), it’s like u work for them, not ur paying money for all of this, and ur coming to enjoy, anyways after he took the order of the food, he told us in a rude way that it’s necessary to get drinks, even tho we said we are going to but not with the food obviously, i asked for a spoon they said they don’t have it ( a restaurant that doesn’t have a spoon?), but overall the food is great, and the ambiance is cool, honestly OVERHYPED, it’s not what u imagine, there is alot of better places than here,...

One of the most horrible dinner experiences I had. We booked for dinner couple days before, when arrived there they told us they couldn’t find our reservation, after minutes of arguing they put the blame on us for not calling again to remind them of our reservation which is completely absurd (0 professionalism). We ended up getting in at the end.

The restaurant inside is so crowded, they put 3-4 people in tables of 2, the restaurant is full of creepy people, someone even physically harassed my friend.

We were told we had to take a starter, main course and dessert for each one of us. A restaurant should never force clients on what to take and what to not take. We should order what we can eat, we ended up getting dessert that we didn’t even eat. “Why the waste ?”

After ordering the food takes forever to arrive, more than an 1h30min while if you get a bottle, you get food super fast.
