We had a variety of starters, lamb chops, and a fragrant couscous generously loaded with lamb chops and sausage. The seafood pastilla was divine. Every dish was excellent. The flavors were bold yet balanced, the presentation thoughtful, and the service warm and attentive without being intrusive.
