Mundos — Restaurant in Matola

To be pessimistic or being highly disappointed, my first impression was already a 0 mark, i decided to visit your outlet for a quick breakfast bite and grab a coffe, not knowing as i entered no one at the door to welcome me and assign me a table, few minutes a lady looking so grumpy couldnt even give me a warm greeting, anyway i helped myself by looking for a suitable table, the shop was quite busy but there is seem not enough stuff to give service, i had to wave 5 times and being ignored by passing waiter/waitress that couldn't even bother to take my order, as i was about to leave a gentleman came to my help, took my cappuccino order, at least he was friendly and patient, he seems to be running the whole restaurant by himself, while waiting for my cup of cappuccino, as i see guest leaving, i could see dirty tables around, unattended guest waiting to be seated, guest continuously waving for service, completely pathetic, no wonder why this particular once so popular restaurant has its stars and reviews downgraded, improve your staff to be more attentive, and proactive, i understand we live in hard times where some restaurant laid off staff to cut budget costs, but the remaining staff has to play their game, at least my cappuccino was served hot and it tasted good. I am giving 2 star because my beverage taste good, and the friendliness of the old gentleman who assisted me nicely, the rest its up to the restaurant to improve based on my first...

The restaurant and food are good, but the environment is not the best. The staff could try a little harder to be nice when talking to the clients, they seem to be bothered. This is OK, but it will surely affect tipping. The location is good and very central. The pizzas are some of the best in the city. Sometimes it's too noisy and it's impossible to go when there is a sports event, if you want to go there...

Dou uma nota muito negativa no atendimento, na simpatia e na demora a fazer a comida. No atendimento e simpatia ,a empregada de mesa começou por se apresentar desta maneira [ hummm, sim] Eu disse por( por favor menu) Peço uma pizza , uma entrada e um prato take away passado 5 m dizem que não tem a entrada que pedi, tornei a pedir outra. Passado 30 m pergunto se demora muito? Disseram que iam ver. Durante este tem tentei várias vezes chamar alguém a minha mesa, mas na maioria das vezes os funcionários deste estabelecimento estavam de costas para os clientes ou a falar entre eles sem prestar a mínima atenção ao seu redor. Tudo isto demorou aproximadamente 50 minutos para aparecer a comida, no momento que disse que me ia embora por ter só uma hora para comer . Sai sem comer e só com o take away para a pessoa que estava a minha espera. Este não é o mundos que conhecia, tenho muita pena. Mas deixo um último comentário: Se precisarem de alguém ou empresa para treinar o vosso staff, eu posso indicar e aconselhar alguém, tanto para a cozinha como atendimento. No final passei aproximadamente 1 hora e 7 minutos. E sai com fome, uma desculpa medíocre que o problema...
