Location 4* Parking 4* Food (freshness etc) 4* Variety 5* Management policy and customer orientation 4* Location is good on a not busy road, with plenty of parking. There is also lift from carpark. Parking staffs are attentive and polite. First u need to pay and choose ur soup base, also for some reason, they ask for deposit of 3000 per head, for food wastage and over time limit (2hr i believe). I find it quite odd, i understand some ppl waste food, which is a very immoral thing to do while most of the world is starving. But deposit first, from customers, seems a bit disrespectful. But, understandable, some customers might be difficult, but I think most are not, so why treat this way. Secondly, after all that, started to eat for 40min in, they came to ask money for new comer kid (3yr old) to our table when 10 min in. We understand we need to pay according to height of the baby/kid, and yes, we shall settle after finished eating, but i very much dont appreciate when they come asking for money in the middle of the lunch. I dont want to be handling money, wash hands and all while I'm eating. They said its the policy that all need to pay first. Well, again, a bit disrespectful to the customers, we are not free loaders nor no customer will run away without paying.... Thats a disappointment, the staff kindly agreed to settle after i eat and let us continue. Well, enough with complaint, now to the good stuffs. Variety is huge, and food quality is fresh and good. Oysters and sashimi are of course, partly frozen, but its there. All sorts of seafoods, vege, meat, pre cooked, snacks, sauces, fruits and desserts are all present. Place is clean and well staffed. I appreciate the variety and quality, as u know, during buffet, nobody can eat a lot, certainly I can't, so quality and variety with a good time is what we look for. Free flow of beer is also appreciated. All in all, a good place for hotpot, but minus a star for general attitude...
Read moreIt is very expensive for a buffet (50000 ks per person) but extremely worth it in my opinion as you get 2 and a half hours to eat. Come with many people with you can gather as it is a great place for family dinners, friend group dinners, business team-building or reward dinners etc. Great soup base options to choose and then there are rows and rows of food that you can't possibly eat every single thing they offer, except maybe if you intend to only take one bite of a dish. But even then you'll have to deal with the extensive drink section. Everyone coming to eat here is so excited ans it makes for a convivial atmosphere but everyone is so polite that it feels like you're in a dream. The whole of ground floor is reserved for parking so you don't have to worry much about it. Very kid friendly but no one is making a mess. Also, every server is intently watching tables to immediately swap out your dropped utensils, help you with your hotpot settings et cetera. There are...
Read moreI recently dined at Seafood City Buffet Hot Pot, and overall, the food was good. The seafood items were fresh and delicious, making the price worth it despite being on the higher side. The quality of ingredients was impressive, and I enjoyed the variety available.
However, the service was quite slow. When I needed to change plates, no staff were around to assist, which was a bit frustrating. The restaurant could improve in this aspect to enhance the dining experience.
Another point for improvement is the air conditioning. The dining room felt a little warm, making it less comfortable. Better cooling would make the experience more enjoyable.
Despite these minor issues, the food quality made up for it. If you’re looking for fresh and tasty seafood in a buffet hot pot setting, this place is a good choice. Just be prepared for slower service and a slightly...
