Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Kavango East

So last Saturday I had a chance to take a bit at Debonairs Pizza in Rundu, Kavango East. I was so dissapointed with the service, I even called the manager to come but she took longer to show up who did not even bother to talk to me.

I ordered Large pizza 🍕 what come was far from large, I did not check at first but opted to go and sit in the car as I was just passing through and hopped to enjoy the pizza on the drive!

I was so dissapointed first with the size of the pizza as the pizza I paid for did not much the amount I paid for it, the texture was bad very dry base and I couldn't even see any chicken on it as it was a Chicken and Mushrooms, I know we don't grow mushrooms but guys yoooh!

Those mushrooms, not talking about the mayonnaise? that was the dominant taste, I never had so much mayonnaise in one meal.

The workers defended the franchise owner so much good for them but hey, with me I don't think I will ever want to go and spend more money at that place especially pizza NO, it just doesn't equalize, you can't just get your value of money..

The large pizza looked like a small size, I asked them to bring the measurements, and long and behold, the pizza was small, the defense they had apparently the pizza shrinked, now is that my problem? then why did you not prepare for me extra large pizza so that when it shrinks it will end on large? No answer!

I ordered Large pizza and not shrinked pizza, if you are in food industry, especially with a place like that one, you need to up your game. I made some inquiries and other people had similar situation, which means they are used selling people lesser measurements and maximizing profits.

My conclusion, if you want a good Pizza and you are Rundu Namibia, avoid Debonairs, try other places especially if you are a fan of...

One of the affordable pizzerias in town, though not the best. Their triple decker is a must try. You can have beef or chicken, that's your choice. Their other pizzas are as good, however, on a bad day you could walk out with a pizza box full of wood. Jokes aside, their bases are too hard some days....
