Hungry Lion Tsumeb — Restaurant in Tsumeb

Forced to give a one star, because my daughter was harassed by the staff. One of the staff members dropped the ice cream she had ordered and the other worker insisted that my daughter pays for the ice cream again because she “has a lot of money”.. yes I did give my daughter sufficient money because I thought they’d want more than just ice-cream. Thankfully a white lady stepped in to stop this harassment. And questioned why my child needs to pay when it was clearly not her fault. To which the lady admitted that indeed it’s not the child’s fault so she doesn’t need to pay. Why the other co-worker had to insist is beyond me. First study the situation before you conclude. It’s not just about the money. I’d be glad to pay it my child was at fault. But not just to give free money to your company for your own mistakes. Stop abusing kids when their parents aren’t around. I was waiting in the car. I guess next time I’ll be there because it’s the only time our kids aren’t taken...

I've been waiting for 30 minutes and I just ordered 2 big bite 3's. The music is too loud. I had to raise my voice to place an order. A beggar harrassed us and other customers the whole time while we were waiting for our order and the staff didn't do anything about this.
