Oisi Coffee House & Food Trails — Restaurant in Damak

I recently visited this cafe and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The atmosphere didn’t feel as welcoming as I had hoped, and the service was slow and disorganized. On top of that, I was really disappointed with the hygiene standards. The place felt unclean with dirty tables, chairs and glasses. I had high expectations based on the reviews and the ambiance of the place, but my visit did not meet those standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, as this cafe has potential if the service and quality can be improved.

I recently visited this establishment for coffee and to spend a few hours working. While the coffee was good, I found the atmosphere to be quite average. Unfortunately, the internet service was unsatisfactory, which hindered my ability to work effectively. When I requested the staff to provide the password for an alternate network, they were unable to do so. This was quite inconvenient as reliable internet access is essential for customers who wish to work. We ordered mango smoothie but they serve us full of peanut butter smoothie. I talked to one staff regarding the drinks but she was not sure and never came back to me and explain me. Again I called another staff which she was not approachable however I still told her this can’t be mango smoothie and she said like khaye Khaw nakhaye nakhaw type ko kura. I was totally amazed and would never recommend with such worse service...
