I regret to say that my recent experience at this restaurant left me utterly disappointed. The washrooms were nothing short of a nightmare. To my shock, there was no running water, the staff did fill it later on though. I must emphasize the importance of being prepared for basic amenities. The food, sadly, failed to meet even the most basic standards. In comparison to other outlets, it was a mere shadow of what one would expect. The portion size for the fish and chips was a joke, as were the fries. The burger buns, well, let's not even get started. They were stale, local rs 20 buns, and carried that unpleasant old, chewy taste. What aggravated the situation further was the severe understaffing. It's common sense that a restaurant, especially one with ample space, should be equipped to handle customers, even if it's located on a highway. The whole experience felt unprepared. To add insult to injury, the products on display were priced unreasonably high and didn’t have tags on shelf itself. I couldn't help but think about the workshop burger prices in Jhamsikhel, which offered better options at a more reasonable price. It’s a rhetorical example. I know the location in comparison is different. It's encouraging to see highway restaurants striving to make a name for themselves, but this one has fallen far short. It's vital to maintain the reputation of the franchise. Despite the decent cleaning, decor, and aesthetics, the restaurant's core focus on food and service maintenance is severely lacking. My experience was marred by a series of disappointments, making me question the restaurant's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Dippio was nice, so was the little walnut brownie and chocolate muffin. Nice place to take a break in the journey.. Spacious and clean area.. Male toilet needs spring on the doors so that it closes once you are in. And confused about the bill. Is the 10% service charge and on top of that 13% VAT legal??? I think the menu price cannot exceed with any exclusive amount.. A query as a person has sued and won the case??? Waiting for reply from owner...

Excellent spot to relax and enjoy quality time. The café is impeccably neat and clean, with equally well-maintained washrooms, ensuring a comfortable experience. One of the highlights is the sufficient parking space, which is a rare convenience in many places. The café also offers a stunning view, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great ambiance, good coffee, and a peaceful environment!

Experience and quality in the face of rural setting. Was stuck on a jam for 4 hours , had to use W/C. So took my sister along w me for a grab of ice cream sake. As an average Himalayan java consumer who visits different branches every month , I found this place more comfortable that I thought it would be. Comfortable, absolute banger W of a service, cozy atmosphere, all of this in a place where u cannot find shops.

Really...
