I regret to say that my recent experience at this restaurant left me utterly disappointed. The washrooms were nothing short of a nightmare. To my shock, there was no running water, the staff did fill it later on though. I must emphasize the importance of being prepared for basic amenities. The food, sadly, failed to meet even the most basic standards. In comparison to other outlets, it was a mere shadow of what one would expect. The portion size for the fish and chips was a joke, as were the fries. The burger buns, well, let's not even get started. They were stale, local rs 20 buns, and carried that unpleasant old, chewy taste.
What aggravated the situation further was the severe understaffing. It's common sense that a restaurant, especially one with ample space, should be equipped to handle customers, even if it's located on a highway. The whole experience felt unprepared. I know the location in comparison is different.
It's encouraging to see highway restaurants striving to make a name for themselves, but this one has fallen far short. It's vital to maintain the reputation of the franchise. Despite the decent cleaning, decor, and aesthetics, the restaurant's core focus on food and service maintenance is severely lacking. My experience was marred by a series of disappointments, making me question the restaurant's commitment to quality and customer...
