Highly overrated and possibly rigged ratings. Please consider the following:

1. A small bowl of chopped cabbage (costing 20 cents) that can hardly serve one person topped with grated cheese (costing 50 cents) will cost you $10 here. And the taste is plain horrible!

2. Two sticks of tofu (8 pieces) costing $1.5 with sprinkles of cucumber salad costing 20 cents will cost you $12 here. And the taste is plain ordinary!

3. They simply don’t know how to make crepes…! Its thick, the cheese quality if awful, taste is lower than average, and one serving (2 small crepes) can not fill the appetite of an adolescent boy, forget about an adult! And that costs you $10 here as well.

4. Worse, shopped mint (0.5 cents) with ice cubes (2 cents) and bottled soda (30 cents) will cost you $10 here as well!

Apparently, no economic logic for pricing and the quality of food exists here at this restaurant!

For a single person wanting to fill his/her tummy, you need to shed well over $50 for average quality food, which you can get outside for $2.

Verdict: Average ambience; average or may be, lower than average food; with low quality table décor. The kitchen looks like an average Nepali kitchen. How they rigged the ratings, or how some home-sick French people provided higher ratings for this restaurant is indeed surprising. Stay away from here!

Very bad experience . Firstly I ordered porc cheeks in mustarde and they brought porc steak in moustarde! The meat was very bad and I returned all intire without complain and they never asked why! Obviously they knew. I have ordered 2 black label whiskey and 1 bottle of water and when they brought the bill were charged 4 whiskey and 2 bottle of water . I paid and asked the copy of bill . When they brought the bill , they have changed with same total value 2 portion of whiskey and 1 water! I went to the Manager complain , asking the catalogue pricelist that he was fooled us in front of our eyes as the 2 whiskey and 1 water wasn’t corresponding to the charge and he blaimed the waiter . Obviously he changed the bill , he apologise and he told us that he was sending the money back of the 1 whisky and 1 water to the reception of our hotel as it was next to the restaurant. This morning we found 50roupies even for a bottle of water not enough!! . They fooled us in front of our eyes and the food was terrible and without any intention to apologise even the opposite sending less money today. Be careful everyone not for 4,5...

Good place. One of the waiter was very good to us and another one was a bit rude though. Food is good as well. But I was expecting a better cheese From these guys. Croosaint I had in breakfast was super fresh and tasty served with butter and jam. Coffee and sandwich were very good as well. Also they don't mind if you are having small business discussions. I am giving it only 3 stars as I expect them to be better next time according to their price and place. Lastly, one might not need to worry about parking and location as it is in very much in between of key city Patan and Kathmandu.

How can I forget they have party venue, antique and cloth shops (mostly Nepali type), art/ photo exhibition being held and hotel things all inside the same premises. Non of them are...
