Initial thoughts: This place has been the talk of the town for quite a while and I had to try it again. The food was very tasty and was consistent as before! Food & Ambience: I ordered the Hokein mee, Garlic Cucumber, Roast Pork Plate, and Golden Salted Prawn and I loved how each dish had its own unique taste. •Garlic cucumber: A refreshing appetizer with an aromatic garlic flavour complimenting the refreshing cucumbers. The splash of sesame oil enhanced the depth of the flavour with firm and crunchy cucumbers. • Hokein mee: This was very different from what I usually eat, and I liked it👍 It had a savoury base with a subtle sweetness from carmelization of soy sauce and prawn bits. You can tell it has been cooked in a high-heat well seasoned wok. The noodles had a chewy texture with a wet consistency from the sauce coating the noodles just enough. • Roast Pork Plate: This is a classic appetizer to fill your stomach. The pork pieces were not oily, and it was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with juices after every bite. You get provided a sauce that compliments well with the pork. I recommend this!😋 • Golden Salted Prawn: This was very unique as I had this for the first time, it was marvelous. The salted egg yolk paired with MSG is the star of the dish. I could taste a hint of sweetness balancing the savory flavours fried with leaves for a fragrant touch. The prawns were lightly battered and the yolk clicngs to the prawns creating a velvety finish with a juicy and succulent meat on the inside, highly recommended!!😍🙌 Talking about the ambience, its usually very busy given the good taste of the food but i must say, the service was EXCEPTIONALLY fast, kudos to the team.🙌 We received our orders within 5-6 mins of ordering and it just kept on coming. The place could get noisy but I'd say the service makes up for it! There is parking available right across the restaurant for both 2 and 4 wheelers with ample of space. Having said that, if you want something tasty somewhere casual, i definintely recommend this place, an easy 4/5⭐ as there is always room for improvement.

I ordered 3 meat dishes : 1) Brised pork ribs: rs. 590 2) Nasi goreng pork (got chicken cuz of their mistake): rs. 325 3) Roast pork: rs. 350 4) hot lemon with honey 2 cigarettes. Total bill came up to rs. 1430 Here is my review: Drink: Hot lemon was not hot. It was warm. Food: 1) Nasi goreng was good. I barely got any chicken pieces.. infact I got few pieces of shredded chicken. So not worth it. 5/10(need to subtract 2 points for not giving proper chicken) 2) braised pork ribs: ribs barely had meat. It was mostly bones. Main issue was the sauce. Sauce was very very salty. 1/10 3) roast pork (crispy pork): this was a bit better than other dishes but again this was super duper salty. For some reason they again fried this dish, which lost its charm. 3/10. I saw a few influencers going to this place.thats why I wanted to try it. I guess influencer get special treatment, and normal people gets mistreated. How ever, I will go and try again, just to see if they have improved or not. For now I give it 2 stars or 3 out of 10.

As a person who was born & lived in Singapore for most part of her childhood (“SG Bhanji”) , I would say this place comes very close to recreating the taste of the national dishes of SG but it seems like only Roasted Pork & Hokkien Mee have taken spotlight seeing the responses in social media and the reviews here. So, I’d like to recommend a few SG dishes which are pretty underrated such as Roasted Chicken Rice (or Steamed— this would be perfect if you aren’t feeling well or craving something more healthy), Singapore Bee Hoon (Mee Siam), Tipan Tahu (Tofu & Veg) and Mee Goreng. For snacks, I would recommend Golden Salted Prawns. Also do try the BBQ pork & Chicken wings— gives off a very nostalgic vibe since it reminds me of our leisure time spent at East Coast Park (picnic) while our fathers would bbq these for us. I would say value for money is great as the quantity is pretty filling for the price. There’s ample parking opposite the restaurant as well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Singapore BBQ and I must say, it was a culinary adventure like no other. While the ambience may not be the main attraction here, the food is what truly steals the show.

The dishes are mostly delicious, with a few not-so-great options, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. The restaurant also provides ample parking space for both 2 and 4-wheelers, which is a big plus. The service is decent and the waiting time is not bad even during peak hours.

I was impressed by the good portion sizes and amazing flavors that burst in my mouth with every bite. The food was definitely worth the money. The service was fast, but I did feel like the server's hospitality could have been better.

If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend trying the BBQ pork and chicken wings - they were simply delectable! The pork had a slightly sweet flavor that was incredibly yummy and the slow-cooked chicken was crispy on the outside, yet tender and juicy on the inside.

The hoekin me noodles were also quite good, but I felt that they could use a bit more meat to really make the dish pop. Overall, I'd give Singapore BBQ a solid 4-star rating for its unique flavors and satisfying portions.

If you're looking for a no-frills dining experience with exceptional food, Singapore BBQ is definitely worth...

We went to this restaurant because we heard that they served really good food, but the food was okay. It didn’t meet the expectation that we had thought. I would give the food 3 stars.

But ultimately the total score is a 1 star because of the bad service. Two of the workers were cleaning dirty dishes right next to our table and one of them dropped a bowl of chutney. The chutney splattered all over the place and it was all over my clothes. I wasn’t mad because they dropped the chutney because it was an honest mistake and it can happen to anyone. But I was mad because they didn’t apologise. The workers didn’t even ask me if I was okay and didn’t even say sorry or offer tissue paper. They just ignored me. I asked them if it was that hard to just apologise. But they just ignored me and acted like I wasn’t even there. I felt very disrespected. They were very disrespectful and didn’t show any hospitality.

This will be our first and last time dining at this restaurant and will not be recommending this place to anyone else. There are far more places places that serve better food with...
