Sky park restaurant and Cafe — Restaurant in Lalitpur Metropolitan City

This review is going to be sincere, honest, and brutal.

Over expensive place compared to what they serve. Food tastes really poor. This place needs a proper head chef. Just to review their 'pizza'; A small sized pizza with really bad tomato sauce, poor quality cheese, and toppings like green chilli slice (like, why a green chili in a meat pizza?). And the small sized pizza costs Nrs. 800+ ($8+). And it doesn't even taste good. [Even Roadhouse serves larger and tastier pizza at around 600+] And the toppings of raw onion and raw tomato just baked with the pizza isn't good at all, atleast have the decency to caramalise them before putting it in the pizza.

A wandering Italian customer or any pizza lover in their right sense will be ashamed to call that creation a pizza.

The only thing this place is worth it is to buy a beer (over-priced), and drink it in the tower-esque view. And do not eat the complementary peanuts that they serve with a drink order, as the peanuts are either damaged or expired, and either way of...

We discovered this place in Bhaisepati and were amazed by the beautiful 360-degree views you get sitting on this fabulous rooftop terrace. Sky Park Restaurant & Cafe has an extensive and very varied menu, including Nepali and international food. I tried their tabouleh, as well as the salmon - both were excellent. They also have a large cocktail and mocktail menu, which is great for adults and kids alike. The service is very good and friendly. There is also live music - we went on a Saturday night and there was a live singer while we were there. I am unsure if this is a monthly event, but on the evening we went, it was "Wine Festival" - they had an interesting set of wine-related options to choose from, including: Buy a bottle of wine and get a free meal Buy two glasses of wine and get a free entrée etc.

Though offering a mesmerizing view with an inviting ambiance, my dining experience was unpleasant due to the behavior of a rude waiter. Towards the end of our meal, he rushed us, bringing our order late; at 9:53 PM to be precise, and asked us to be done by 10:00 PM as that was the closing time of the restaurant. We expressed our dissatisfaction, so he reluctantly allowed us 10 more minutes. The internet however shows that the closing time of Sky Park Restaurant is at 11pm. This left a bitter taste in us and so they will probably be cut off from the go-to restaurants list for us.
