Hosted my own wedding here from the bride’s side. One of the worst services we’ve received from a party palace. As seen in the pictures, they were very disorganized. The A/C wouldn’t run. Upon hosting so many people, at least the A/C should be managed. It is seen and observed from the past experiences that they always mention “The A/C just went out yesterday, we are trying to fix it” to book any new event. This is quite unprofessional. The place in itself looks good and can be made so much better. But it is observed that the service is horrible. It doesn’t make sense. For instance, The staff does not take consideration or request. I have been notified that upon asking a staff to replace a paper towel twice, it was not changed at all. While a good service should’ve been given promptly. The staff would not smile, “service with a smile” is non existent. In a particular instance, bride’s family mentioned that they ordered ice cream, and payment was confirmed. It was not served at all, and upon notice after ~4 hours of event being hosted, it was treaded very lightly, and they didn’t seem apologetic. Rain management was non existent, the place was flooded with light rain. One of the bride’s relative; when they sat down the chair broke. It was a hassle to keep that in check/order. For speakers, while the payment was made they promised good set of speakers and on the day of the wedding, they would say that speakers is bride’s family responsibility.

However, the biggest problem was A/C, it has been observed that time and again, they fake that A/C just went out, and not do the repairs.

The restaurant is located on the highway itself that makes it very accessible for travellers.

Food hygiene and sanitization is extremely poor. The staff hand picked food without gloves and the same spotted picking leftover plate before serving momo by hand during a party event. Such gross unhealthy practices observed. The staff's cleanliness is very poor and their clothes seem untidy and contain several stains of food.

During a dinner party, the coordination and management aspect was completely missing. Food stalls were very chaotic. Placing the bar on the freeway passage shows unthoughtful management that created a complete nightmare to enter and exit the dinner hall. There are no free spaces for chitchat, gather and reconnect amongst the guests.

Space is good enough to host 70-100 guests, if arranged and managed properly. It would be very cloudy and tight if you want to host more than 100 guests.

The food is very poorly tasted, unhygienic and served without a smile. The stress of each staff member is clearly visible on their faces during serving. The look and feel of food is very unpleasant and unwelcoming.

Do not recommend anyone to host a party at this restaurant if any other option...

I'm not sure what authentic Thai food is supposed to taste like, but every dish had hint of lemon grass. Most foods are on the spicy side. Soup dishes were close to Chinese/ Sechuwan dishes and rice dishes were close to Indian/ Delhi dishes. Only beer options were Budweiser carlsberg and tuborg. Lassi was good but hot chocolate was on not so great side. Ice cream was store bought one and most of traditional dessert were not available.
