GFC Naan House — Restaurant in Pokhara

In my point of view the co-owner got some ego problems

I had one of the worst restaurant experience in this restaurant

Yesterday me and my friend went to this restaurant to try some food Restaurant was quite busy so we sat down and waited for the menu for 10 mins, service staff didn't cared so we called the service staff to get the menu for us but he didn't brought it. After asking 4 times, we didn't received the menu.we were in the restaurant for almost 20 min

We had to call the service staff 5 times to get the menu

When we got the menu after asking 5 times I casually said "after asking 5times finally we got the menu"

He reacted very badly Instead of being sorry, he started saying we have to understand the restaurant is busy And we have to understand that they have only one service staff

We can understand the restaurant was busy, so it took 20 minutes just to get the menu.

Service staff or co-owner whoever he is He should never show frustration to guests just because the restaurant is busy

Never ever going to this place again I suggest...
