Vanwege de goede recensies zijn we naar Bitterzoet gegaan. De zaak heeft een leuk, modern interieur met een half open terras. De koffie was heerlijk, maar daar bleef het helaas bij. We kregen de idee dat we niet echt welkom waren. De bediening had er zichtbaar weinig zin in. Jammer. Goed personeel is schaars, dat blijkt maar weer. Het lijkt me vooral voor de eigenaar “bitterzoet”.

Heeeeeerlijk zitten genieten! De sfeer die er hangt is goed, kaart lekker uitgebreid met heel veel lekkers en service perfect. Wij hebben echt genoten. Ik had de salade zalm en mijn vriend het broodje zalm. En als afsluiter ook nog de heerlijke monchou. Wilde we eerst niet maar hij zag er zo heerlijk uit vanuit de vitrine. Bedankt voor de heerlijke lunch.

Sent a straightforward and polite email — a brief reply would’ve shown basic decency. Instead, complete silence. For a business that trades on customer interaction, ignoring simple messages demonstrates a disappointing lack of professionalism and respect.
