Brasserie BOB & Co — Restaurant in 's-Hertogenbosch

Table of 4, arrived for dinner on a Saturday evening. We were promptly seated and got in our drink orders. Menus arrived shortly after the drinks, and we ordered starters and our main courses. Starters came out quickly. Then we waited... and waited... and waited... and waited... and waited. After an hour, we asked our server if our meals were coming out anytime soon. She said she'd check, then came back and said "They're working on your meals" with no further information. They did come out shortly thereafter, but I assume our order got lost somewhere until we reminded our server that we existed. I know mistakes happen, but waiting an hour for our entree is inexcuseable.

We had a table for 11 and surprisingly, we were not the only large group that evening. The place was packed, and lively. At no point in time we felt that serving so many (large and small) tables simultaneously was a challenge for the BoB&Co team. Service was smooth, friendly and attentive throughout the entire evening. Had a lunch on a work day. Three highlight of the lunch was the service. The hospitality staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to suggest dishes, and they did not try to pick the most expensive dishes either! The croquettes were nice and crunchy. As the Cappuccino was made well, but held back from being excellent due to the average beans from their suppliers. As a traveller, I couldn't pass up the Bosch bollen, and it was good too.
