I sent emails, made phone calls, and received no reply. Only after posting a review did I get a short response asking me to send the enquiry again to a different address. While that may explain part of the problem, it does not excuse the silence that came before. In hospitality, a simple acknowledgment matters — a line to confirm a message was received, even if nothing more can be done at the time.
