Long story short, they have a "concept". They will ask if you know this and then proudly explain it to you. In all restaurants where the waiters want to explain the "concept" it should be the reason to politely get up and leave. Unfortunately we did not.
The concept is that you are supposed to share the dishes you order. So tapas, less of a concept and more of a globally understood idea.
Tapas or a sharing "concept" requires that the options are complimentary and also priced in a way that you can order multiple items.
Problem 1 none of the dishes on the menu are complimentary: Japanese soup, egg mayo bagels, middle eastern flatbread, quiche. Problem 2 the dishes are all hugely over priced. We paid nearly €9 for a standard bagel that was no better then you can get in bagels and beans for half the price. Also paid €10 for a dish of baked egg in a spicy tomato sauce. Yes that is egg singular so ten euros got one egg with some spicy tomato sauce.
The food was ok, nothing great. For the prices you world expect more than one egg particularly given you are expected to share. Though I have no idea how you make an egg mayo bagel worth €9.

My biggest complain about the place would be the portion sizes, as I believe they're too small for the price they ask. Otherwise the place is comfy and the waiters were all quite nice to us, and efficient...

Even a brief acknowledgment would have shown basic courtesy, yet nothing came. For a place that trades on hospitality and attention to detail, this lack of response leaves a poor...
