I loved the cafe how it is set-up. Staff was friendly and explained the coffee types good enough for us to make a selection.

Also they served the Coffee relatively fast despite of being full house.

Filter Coffee overall lacked the taste for me maybe it is just the type I chose could be like that. It could have been little more hotter. I felt it was just warm and not hot enough for a coffee. My girlfriend liked the cappuccino. She was happy with the taste.

So thats why I give 4 stars and recommend the place if you are looking for something new to try in coffee.

Plus point for me that would make me go again is that they serve tap water without asking!! Really important for me that basic thing and valuable thing like water is served without cost!

Having been in Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda a lot, with quite a few friends involved in different parts of the coffee value chain, I do have developed a knack for coffee, and savor each good coffee drinking experience. Yet, Fortin brings it to the next level: they know their coffees, how to treat the beans, and make the best coffee from each bean. They have a great sense for speciality coffees, provide new brands/origins on a regular basis, and accurately describe the flavors. At Fortin, coffee is always special, never 'regular'. A must visit place in Den Bosch for coffee lovers. The interior is cozy if you want to sit. The staff is knowledgeable and guide you nicely for your taste. I tried ‘Magic’ which is apparently an order that you won’t find on any menu, but one that signals to staff a certain caffeinated insider status in Melbourne. It is a double shot of ristretto (a coffee shot more potent than an espresso) accompanied by a three-quarter flat white. Therefore you get to taste coffee taste much more than a flat white.
