It should be a 0 but I have to add a star. We went here 2 times so far and both visits where not good. First time we waited 1+h just to then hear that the kitchen is too busy and we cannot get our order and that we can take something that is already done (croissant or so) and we too this option. But now on Saturday we wanted to give it another chance and went with our 3year old to celebrate her birthday with a nice breakfast. We made the order and the place was empty just to wait for 40min and then when asking 3 times where the pancakes are that the kitchen is not even making them as they didn’t receive the order! Like what ??? The worst is that we where not offered any alternatives or solutions although we where with an obviously hungry toddler. We understand mistakes can happen but the staff is just incompetent and the customer service is non existent. Will not come again and tbh I will not recommend...

We used to like this place a lot. They had a good food. But today it was extremely slow. We were waiting over an hour for our food and were told all the time that it will come any minute (which was a lie, as the food was not even started). I ordered a salted caramel latte, which was prepared without a coffe shot. The bacon was completely burned and avocado was missing in the order. Very disappointed. A lot of people were waiting and some left aftet waiting...

milkshake and pancakes were decent, even though put in cheap plastic boxes, because covid. we were charged, however, €2 for cheap plastic cutlery, too. normally, this is fine, because environment. the fee discourages wasteful consumption. but then, take out is the only option now. i was once the backpacker who brought dish washing detergent and cutlery with me as i travelled but, alas, i am no longer. and by the way: what about the service etc. that would be...
