I’m certainly giving this restaurant 5 stars for the quality of food they offer. Not only are the flavours nice and unique, design and creativity are also next level. Wine pairing and recommendations around wines were good too. One downside is the service though. They had 2-3 young people working there and with all the respect, they lacked the basic knowledge on when to bring cutlery, when to remove it, how to interact with customers. Tijdens ons bezoek in de stad had ik dit restaurantje gevonden dat goede commentaren kreeg zodat wij zelf ook een tafeltje reserveerden. Zeer vriendelijke en correcte ontvangst in dit mooie restaurant. We hadden een menu genomen met de aangepaste wijnen op aanraden van de reviews. En dit was ook een goede keuze. Gestart met een extra bordje sappig lekkere Iberico bij de apero. Al de andere gerechten werden mooi gepresenteerd en voorgesteld door het zaalpersoneel. En al de gerechtjes waren 1 voor 1 zeer lekker. Als je een goede eter bent zal het misschien net te weinig zijn, maar dat heeft dan weer voordelen voor uw lijn --)) Er wordt weel héél hard de nadruk gelegd op al de extra's die je er bij kan nemen, maar dan zou het toch wel te duur uitkomen. Het kleine kostelijke bordje bij de koffie gaf me een wrange nasmaak. Maar als je het bordje er niet bij neemt krijg je gewoon een koffie met wat melk en suiker. Dat doen ze in soortgelijke restaurants dan wel net iets beter. Maar ondanks deze opmerkingen is het toch wel een aanrader om hier eens een bezoekje te brengen en rustig...
