New York Pizza — Restaurant in 's-Hertogenbosch

I waited months to give NYP a chance to redeem themself, but since customer service disappeared, showing a terrible service in line with their restaurant, I'm going to share my experience hoping this can be of help for others. We casted an order with them of 17 pizzas to be delivered at work, and although the order was done like 5hrs in advance they still reached out next to the delivery time asking us to pick the pizzas at the store, since they didn't have enough people to bring the pizzas, that is already unacceptable when the order is planned 5hrs in advance. Still, we went phisically a the store to pick the pizzas and we found several employees doing nothing, and not even offering to help to bring the pizzas at the car, that we would have found the minimum they could offer to do... and on top of that we didn't get reinbursed from the extra price we paid for the delivery that never happened. Really really a shame, especially toward a loyal customer that had always found their pizza better than the competitor ones, and praised them for this with others. Obviously no more business with them now, and hoping more...

First time order wanted something other then dominos HUGE mistake. Placed order for 5pm delivery on website at 15.00. we called 17.30 said they was busy and would come soon the food arrived at 18.10 stone cold. We said to the delivery driver he said was not his fault. We returned food back to the store at a cost to drive there to return food and get money back.

Really bad store and unacceptable experience.

When return the food we also notice that the whole cooking area was a dirty and food everywhere.

To add not even an apology.

took me 20 mins to return the pizza and 2 weeks later 4 phone calls and 2 emails still waiting for them to return 51 euros

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS TOXIC AND NOT...

This is one of three places to get American style pizza, the other two being the New York pizza in the city center and Domino's Pizza. Highly prefer this one over the Domino's pizza.
